Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
UI/UX Web Designer with a strong focus on
Figma to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing professional, intuitive, and visually appealing websites that not only align with client goals but also offer a seamless user experience.
This is a
remote, full-time position that offers opportunities for collaboration with both our global team and US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design process using Figma, ensuring the creation of user-friendly, innovative, and responsive web interfaces.
- Translate client goals, brand identity, and user needs into visually compelling and functional digital designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing experts, to bring designs to life.
- Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to test ideas and refine designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and continuously integrate new design techniques and tools into your work.
- Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects, ensuring that every web design project exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX web design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in Figma and showcases exceptional website designs.
- Extensive experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to translate complex requirements into functional designs that enhance user experience.
