Who you are

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing and Communication Specialist to bring our 3-year growth vision to life and build a vibrant community!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving community expansion, boosting engagement, and creating valuable networking opportunities through innovative marketing strategies and impactful content.

What will you do?

• Community Growth and Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage a community of Talent Mobility professionals
• Content Creation & Marketing: Manage content across various channels including social media, newsletters, blog, website, and events, ensuring high engagement and relevance
• Event Management: Organize and promote community events (virtual and physical) that foster networking and knowledge-sharing
• Social Media and Digital Marketing: Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to attract and engage community members
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external experts to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Reporting: Track and analyse engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet community goals
• Participate in team projects, meetings, and events, contributing to a positive and innovative work environment

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within B2B marketing
• Strong experience in social media, content marketing, and event coordination
• Strong Business to Business marketing experience
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• SEO experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with community-building strategies and tools
