Description

Our Nordic client is looking for an experienced Platform Developer to join their team! In this project, you will have the opportunity to work on a solution that enables multilingual customer communication. If you thrive in platform development and creating innovative solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: 100% Remote, but must work from within EU

Duration: 6–12-month contract (with the possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the multilingual communication platform using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and performs well under load.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Utilize AWS services for deployment, including CDK and Lambdas, to
• implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and serverless architectures.
• Optimize database interactions and performance with relational databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and engage in DevOps practices to streamline the development process.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Node/TypeScript and React
• Knowledge of Next.js and Material-UI
• Experience with AWS Cloud, especially with CDK and Lambdas, or similar expertise in IaC&serverless
• Experience in relational databases
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or similar testing.
• CI/CD Knowledge and/or devops experience

Additional Skills That Would Be Great to Have

• ReSTful APIs, websockets
• Basic knowledge of linux, Docker, AWS sysops
• AWS Certificates
• AI experience: Generative AI, LLMs, Vector databases (e.g. Langfuse, Langchain, Qdrant or similar)
