We are a leading company in the software industry, specializing in cutting-edge solutions for businesses worldwide. We are currently looking for a motivated French-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. This is a hybrid position where you will spend two days working on-site in our vibrant Athens office and three days working remotely. Role Overview:

As a French-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the full value of our software solutions. Your focus will be on client retention, upselling, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing them with excellent support, resolving their issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires at least one year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cold calling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with our software solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client companies.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs, goals, and challenges, providing tailored software solutions that drive value.
    • Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are making the most of the software’s features and maximizing their ROI.
  • Upselling & Account Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services that align with the client's business objectives.
    • Proactively introduce clients to new products, add-ons, or services that can further enhance their experience and results.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful upsell initiatives.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
    • Perform cold outreach to potential business clients within the French-speaking market to generate interest in our software solutions.
    • Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into long-term customers.
    • Actively participate in outbound sales activities and contribute to the expansion of the customer base.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts through campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Customer Support & Success:
    • Provide high-quality support to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering training on software functionalities.
    • Proactively monitor customer health metrics to prevent churn and ensure long-term satisfaction.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
    • Address any customer concerns or challenges, working quickly to resolve them and maintain trust.
    • Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical issues or requests raised by customers.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including updates on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports on account performance, upsell success, and client feedback to management.
    • Monitor and track customer satisfaction through surveys and regular feedback sessions.


Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level or above) with strong proficiency in English.
  • Location: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation package included).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling. Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software platforms and learning new technologies. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client challenges, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly in a hybrid work environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new challenges, work in a dynamic environment, and continuously improve skills.
