About You
You have demonstrated business marketing experience to lead several business marketing activities. As an experienced business marketer, you have a deep understanding of the Japanese digital ads ecosystem and excellent communication skills with several stakeholders of the sales team and other teams related to projects. You lead some projects with understanding our target advertising customer and always optimize the approach by getting feedback from the sales, working closely with them and your manager.

Lead acquisition marketing
Lead sales enablement activities
Develop materials to support sales pitches and customer acquisition
Communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders, who are manage business website, MA program and LeadGen
Lead agency or advertiser events aligning with sales' stakeholders
Deliver some activities of sales enablement to support sales efforts
Responsibilities
As the key person of acquisition marketing, lead lead generation and nurturing activities such as nurturing email, White Papers(WPs) creation and Marketing Automation
You track status of acquisition and lead it to business success, managing a SDR/ABM vendor; Direct-Link and providing continuous advice to them.
Collaborate with the BPO team to pass leads and have them generate pipelines
Manage activities of lead generation via B2B medias
Data management of SDFC with a sub-contractor
Develop materials such as pitch decks and WPs to support sales pitches and customer acquisition, co-working with a vendor of Marketing Automation
Lead agency or advertiser events from goal setting and planning to execution, aligning with sales' stakeholders
Deliver some activities of sales enablement like a novelty creation and a training session
Meet KPIs of the project of which you are the owner
Optimize processes and tactics to achieve KPIs while thinking about and implementing them
Requirements
Demonstrated marketing experience of acquisition marketing
Deep understanding of B2B marketing
Demonstrated ability to execute marketing activities
Strong performance marketing background.
3+ years of relevant performance or ads business marketing experience
Strong communication skills with business stakeholders, especially with sales leadership and members
Nice To Have Experience
Experience at a leading Japanese ads platform
Able to multitask and drive different business marketing initiatives concurrently.
English language proficiency
Solid understanding of B2B ads marketing and products across many functions, both digital and offline
