Sr. / Lead Product Operations Specialist (Crypto Assets, Dubai based role) in HONG KONG SAR

We're seeking an exceptional Crypto Assets Management / Operations Ops Specialist to join our team at our global HQ in Dubai. If you're not currently in Dubai, don't worry, relocation assistance is available.

Ideally, you come from a background in crypto exchanges with experience managing the listing and operations of new crypto assets.

You will be part of our Spot Business team, responsible for:

New Asset Listing:

• Manage the process of listing new assets to the platform, ensuring smooth integration and compliance by collaborating with product, legal, and compliance teams.

Tool Management and Optimization:

• Manage and enhance operational tools, aiming to increase efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis-driven improvements.

What do we look for in you?

• Blockchain and User Data Proficiency: Demonstrated sensitivity to blockchain technology and user data, with strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills. Ability to leverage data to drive operational decisions and enhancements.
• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin as a working language is required. Capable of generating creative solutions and executing proposed plans.
• Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, possessing a solid understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
