📋 Details of the Residency:

1. The residency runs for an initial 11 weeks, full-time in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and starting in October 2024, where you are required to ideate and find your co-founder(s) from the cohort of 60-80 founders.
2. After two months you will present your team and business idea to the Antler Investment Committee. If accepted, you will receive a pre-seed investment of 70K USD for 12% equity, non-negotiable.
3. If you get an investment, you will continue to be part of the Residency for another 3 months during which Antler will work closely with you to accelerate your growth. At the end of this period, Antler arranges a demo day where we invite VCs, institutional investors, and local angel investors to help you connect with investors and raise your seed round.

• Problem-solving skills: We look for those who have a unique and very creative way to approach the problems they see around them.
• A clear spike: We look for individuals with a clear spike or deep expertise in their fields of work, be it in research or in a specific industry.

Our full-time Residency is designed to give you the best possible start for your entrepreneurial journey. Whether you have founded a company before or are just getting started, we will help you find a co-founding team among the 60-80 people who will be joining the residency. Founders who join us come from a variety of backgrounds and have an assortment of skills and expertise. Our residency will facilitate you and your co-founder to quickly build on an idea (either you come up with an idea or you will be defining it with your team).
