Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high service performance and client satisfaction
Offer insights and feedback on customer experiences to management for continuous improvement
Participate in the development of customer service processes to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience
