As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and implementing cutting-edge ML solutions that transform procurement data into strategic business advantages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Help build and improve Sievo's MLOps and ML-driven platforms. Join our outstanding team of machine learning and software engineers to make AI/ML applications more robust and efficient in production.
- Engage with large-scale and unique procurement data.
- Play a vital role in our team and contribute to our working methods to create impactful products. You'll be actively involved in planning work, conducting retrospectives, and enhancing team performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we're addressing our customers' needs effectively. In this role, it's crucial to be able to turn business and product requirements into practical solutions.
- Apply and enhance your soft skills by working closely with colleagues. Sharing knowledge, facilitating effective meetings, and pair programming/debugging are some of the ways we utilize to enhance our soft skills.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ML, including generative AI, natural language processing, and explainability, to continuously bring innovative ideas to our work.
What we're looking for in you:
- Proficiency in creating and utilizing workflows for MLOps/LLMOps.
- In-depth understanding of Python, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure is essential.
- Familiarity with Azure ML and C# programming adds value.
- Skilled in developing high-quality machine learning applications for commercial use, particularly in Large Language Models (LLM) and GenAI.
- A strong desire to address customer issues quickly.
- Eager to make optimal technology architecture decisions and bold in tackling new and unfamiliar problems.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with a team spread across the globe.
