Role Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our executive team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in project management and coordination of team activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and office management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
