Seeking a UX Designer (Crypto Staking Platform) to work fully remote
Company
This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.
Responsibilities
Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
Collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (usability, findability)
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Build great products that are beautiful, simple, and delightful
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience in UX design or similar roles
You are familiar with interaction design and information architecture
You are proficient in design software
You have experience with multiple user research methods
You have a track record of launching great products
You possess good taste in design and UX. An obsession with quality and the little things
You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
Potential Skills
You are passionate about blockchain technology and a decentralised future
You have working experience in a startup environment
