About Us

Community and Aged Care Services – Greater Newcastle Sector (CACS-GNS) provides an extensive range of home and centre-based community health services including both generalist and specialised clinical services (primarily for adults). This role is located at the CACS-GNS Executive Office, Wallsend Health Campus. About You

The role would be suitable for someone who is experienced in providing efficient and effective administrative support to managers at a senior level. The successful candidate would have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise appropriately with a diverse range of people, work with minimal supervision to complete tasks and be a committed and active member of the administration staff team. High level skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Stafflink and HealthRoster will be required to support the executive managers in their daily commitments.

About The Role

The role is supported by the Executive Team. Working within the Excellence Framework and CACS-GNS Orientation Guidelines, the successful candidate would be provided with education and training needs, as required, to enable them to undertake the role successfully.
