Position Title: React Native Developer
Location: Permanent Remote
Employment: Full-time
Work Schedule: starts at 2:30pm IST
Responsibilities
Design, code, test, and develop features with high quality, maintainability, and full ownership
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
Invest in code health/refactoring efforts to improve our ability to execute on shipping solutions to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Design and develop scalable and efficient full-stack mobile/web applications
Collaborate with team members in order to design and deliver technical solutions

Requirements
BS In Computer science or related field with a Masters in Computer Science a plus
Relevant experience may substitute for and/or augment relevant degrees
5+ years of progressive software engineering experience with a proven track record of productivity
5yrs+ solid understanding of React Native framework and its ecosystem.
3 + years with Javascript events, hooks and state management.
3 + years of applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions.
3+ years of working with GraphQL
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Understanding of key website design principles and ability to use client input to create functional, creative, and user-friendly web pages.
Experience with Test Driven Development and CI/CD
Experience in building and shipping production grade software or services.
Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way
