Responsibilities:
- Business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation;
- Data Sources identification and analysis;
- Detailed solution requirements analysis, communication.
Requirements:
- Advanced Tableau skills creating complex reports and data visualization;
- Data Integration & ETL: Ability to extract, transform, and load data from various enterprise data sources;
- Storytelling with Data: Capable of translating data into actionable business insights and narratives for the Head of Infrastructure;
- Effective Communication: Strong ability to present complex data insights clearly to technical stakeholders;
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and performing scenario analysis for strategic decisions;
- KPI and Metrics Expertise: Experience in calculating and analyzing key performance indicators related to infrastructure performance and efficiency;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Solid knowledge of modern data-centric architecture approaches, patterns, methods, and tools;
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and data science from a business analysis perspective.
Is a plus:
- SQL and Scripting: skills in SQL and scripting (Python, R, or VBA) for data manipulation and automation;
- Data Accuracy and Governance: Ensuring data quality through validation, and adherence to data privacy and governance standards.
