What You’ll Do

As the Principal Software Engineer - Technical Lead, you will guide our talented engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves both hands-on development and strategic leadership. You’ll be working closely with C#, .NET, and SQL, and will oversee application architecture, technical leadership, and compliance with security protocols, including HIPAA. You need to be based outside the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving excellence in project delivery.
• Oversee all phases of software development, including design, testing, and maintenance.
• Act as a technical advisor, resolving complex issues and optimizing codebases.
• Promote clear, transparent communication within the team and across departments.
• Ensure the team follows Agile frameworks (Scrum) to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical plans.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in software development, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Web Services with knowledge of Angular being a must.
• Deep understanding of security protocols (HIPAA, NIST, GDPR) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to modernize legacy systems.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• +2 years of proven leadership in a remote work environment with a multicultural team is required.

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST.
