Access Data, a leading recruiting agency, is supporting a national SaaS company in their search for a talented Marketing Project Manager. About the Role:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee medium to large-scale projects within the Global Demand Center, handling initiatives like demand campaigns, email marketing, social media, landing pages, and website launches. You'll collaborate across departments—Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance—to drive deliverables and support product promotions, such as for the company's design SaaS product, Cyber Week promotions, editorial content, blogs, and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 3-4 marketing projects simultaneously, from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans for demand campaigns, social media, website launches, and more.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery on tight timelines.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and success.
- Utilize project management tools like Wrike (experience with Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools is beneficial).
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, delivering impactful results across global campaigns.
- Manage communication effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing environment, with a proven track record of working on global demand campaigns.
- Strong experience managing projects involving website launches, social media campaigns, and multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Background in B2B or B2C is ideal, with enterprise-level project experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
