As a Data Scientist Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading a team that will develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. Our mission is to support the Healthcare Professionals in their day to day job.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of talented data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers and healthcare professionals to develop and deploy AI models that will have a real impact on people's lives.
Data Science : data scientists collaborating with product or business teams to understand their needs, design and deliver the best data science models and solutions.
ML Platform: ML engineers and MLOps setting up processes and tools in order to allow data scientists to put their models effortlessly into production and to scale data science across Doctolib.
Your mission
On a daily basis, you will be required to :
Lead a team of exceptional data scientists, delivering cutting edge health solutions and solving complex business problems
Partner with tech and product teams to identify opportunities, design the roadmap, influence decision making and deliver on our targets
Lead projects from inception and prototyping to production delivery
Be an advocate for data science across the organization and support our global data science strategy
Recruit, coach and mentor your team of data scientists
Ensure the scientific and technical excellence of the team’s deliverables
Model performance and methodology in cooperation with technical experts (staff+)
Best practice application on the platform usage
Technical strategy (shared with staff+) and build the long term vision on what to invest on
Your Skills
You could be our next teammate if:
You have 3+ years experience building and managing a team of data scientists
You have several years proven experience delivering data science projects into production, in the healthcare ecosystem
You have a higher education / engineering school degree with a major in statistics / data science
You are result and impact oriented
You are focused on the user and what matters to them
You work on complex problems and explain them in a simple way
You are fluent in English
You have a good team spirit
You are curious and enjoy learning new skills and taking on new challenges
You are well organized and have a strong sense of initiative
Now, it would be fantastic if:
You are a subject matter expert in NLP, Speech to Text, experimentation and/or causal inference
You have experience in the healthcare industry
