Software Developer in Test - QA in BRAZIL

We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer in Test to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll focus on building automated testing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment, contributing to both Front-end and Back-end systems. Your work will drive the implementation of cutting-edge testing strategies across dev, test, UAT, and production environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams in an Agile setting.
• Enhance and integrate UI and API automation frameworks.
• Become a subject matter expert in system architecture.
• Create comprehensive test coverage plans to mitigate risks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with detailed bug reports.
• Continuously drive improvements within the team and organization.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA automation (Java, Selenium, JUnit).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Cypress.
• Strong analytical skills to identify key system issues.
• Familiarity with C# or JavaScript programming.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Great communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent or advanced English for daily collaboration with international teams.

Bonus Points For:

• A degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of tools like Wiremock, Selenoid, or Apache POI.
• SQL experience and training in rapid software testing.
