Seeking an exceptional Software Developer with experience researching, designing and developing Data Streaming and Event-Driven systems in London. Candidates must have direct expertise and a track record in designing and developing sophisticated distributed data-intensive systems. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.
Compensation: £150k-£200k base salary. 100%+ annual bonus. 10% pension and stacked benefits package. Four days in the office.. Sign-on and guaranteed comp are available for suitable candidates.

About The Role
Design, development, and implementation of Big Data Streaming and Event Driven applications
Develop and own core tools, frameworks, and methodologies, emphasizing scale, reusability, and simplicity.
Work on high-profile projects using cutting-edge technologies
Research and deploy evolving technology into the stack
Expertise expectation
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience.
Expert in at least one statically typed (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Scala, Rust), interest in functional programming, concurrent programming, etc
Passionate about data and working on data streaming projects using Flink, Kafka Streams
Expert with distributed messaging technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis
Experience working with Big Data technologies Spark, Hadoop, Ignite
Demonstrable passion for researching and learning new technology and
Proficient with cloud, container, and microservice infrastructures Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
Excellent academic track record in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
Good job tenure track record with a demonstrable history of seeing large projects from inception to completion.
