Our client is eager to attract top talent from around the world to join their new office in the UAE. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Abu Dhabi, so relocation will be necessary if you are currently located outside the UAE.

Encipher AI has partnered with a prominent UAE-based Fintech company currently undergoing a significant expansion. This company is the largest tech-enhanced financial asset management firm in the world, with $2.5B AUM across funds focused on North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. As part of this growth, they are seeking to hire a Manual QA Engineer to join their team at the Abu Dhabi office

Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in software products through the execution of manual test cases, defect identification, and issue resolution. You will have the opportunity to execute manual test cases to validate software functionalities, including integration, regression, and new feature testing.

Technical Skills

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with issue-tracking software like JIRA.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with databases for test setup and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is a plus but not required.
• Certifications like ISTQB or an equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium is beneficial but not required.
