End-to-End Involvement: Be involved in all stages of mobile app development, from designing intuitive user interfaces to ensuring high-performance applications through testing and code reviews.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate within a distributed agile team, building apps that are workflow-heavy and focused on user experience.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and participate in technical decision-making.
• Work with Flutter plugins, state management (Riverpod), and navigation frameworks (go_router) to build robust, scalable apps.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience building Flutter mobile apps (web experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the native capabilities of iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutter unit, widget, and end-to-end tests.
• Experience with Flutter plugin development and native integration.
• Ability to work within agile methodologies, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Visual attention to detail and passion for creating clean, user-friendly interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native mobile development experience with Swift and Kotlin.
• Experience with healthcare-related projects or familiarity with life sciences technology is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Python, Go, and working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Flutter animations, and camera or machine learning integrations is a bonus.
