Work Schedule: Full-Time, 6 Days a Week (Friday Off)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2 Flexible Hours within the Day)
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in your workday and a great opportunity to contribute to exciting projects from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the best user experience
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Experience with usability testing and data-driven design improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
