The client is a leading B2B service provider based in Cyprus, specializing in developing, maintaining and deploying various IT and customer-based services to numerous businesses in around the world. They are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating engaging, user-friendly platforms. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.

They are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and enhancing graphics that resonate with our audience, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything from marketing materials to web visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams to deliver designs that are both impactful and aligned with our brand’s vision. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work, with the option for relocation to our offices in Cyprus.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UI team to design, refine, and improve user interface elements across web and mobile platforms.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand's visual identity.
• Continuously improve the quality of our website by identifying and implementing UI improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design engaging digital content, including logos, banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Participate in brand development initiatives, ensuring that all visual designs align with the overall brand strategy.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user interaction and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience with animation in Spine 2D or Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with brand development and visual identity design.
• Previous experience working in a remote team environment.
