We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our fully remote team at Dose of Culture—a passionate digital design studio known for our holistic approach to product design. If you're an experienced designer with a drive for solving complex design challenges and leading impactful projects, we want to hear from you! • 4+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• A solid product design portfolio that reflects your capabilities, and a proven record of driving complete redesign campaigns for companies in various industries.
• Mastery in Figma to create and manage design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Extensive experience conducting UX audits, user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to validate design decisions.
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with clients directly to present work and gather feedback.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English skills for effective communication with international clients.
• A motivated leader who can manage multiple projects and take the initiative to elevate our design process.
• Prior experience working in fast-paced environments or with startups is a bonus.
• Proficiency in designing landing pages would be a major plus.

• Lead design efforts on diverse digital products for innovative startups and established brands.
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct UX audits, user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to gather insights and inform your designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across projects.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, translating their vision into exceptional user experiences.
• Stay ahead of design trends and bring best practices into your work to elevate our design offerings.
