As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of complex data migration projects, making sure that all systems are fully aligned and functioning smoothly post-migration.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst with extensive data migration experience. This is a fully remote role, working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and ensure the successful migration of data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts focused on data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of data transferred
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts specific to data migration
• Execute detailed tests for data integrity, including pre- and post-migration validation
• Identify, report, and manage defects and inconsistencies, working with development and data teams to resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data migration processes meet business and technical requirements
• Provide regular test progress reports and contribute to test reviews
• Support continuous improvements in the migration testing process and methodologies

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst with a primary focus on data migration (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in SQL and data validation in large-scale databases
• Proven experience in ETL testing, ensuring successful data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
