About The Role
The HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting in recruitment efforts, managing candidate interactions, and supporting HR-related tasks such as data updates and coordination of HR initiatives.
This position can be 100% remote worldwide.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR | Talent Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various platforms and tracking applicant responses.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further review.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and manage expectations.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have all necessary materials.
HR | Operations Support:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Handle inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, escalating issues as necessary.
Prepare and maintain reports related to hiring metrics, turnover rates, and other HR statistics as requested.
Support the HR team in audit preparations and HR process improvements.
Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee data and documents.
Any other task or role as required by the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficient in Rippling Platform.
1-3 years of experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint); project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) experience with applicant tracking systems (Rippling) or HRIS software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with employees and candidates professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English.
