About Your Tasks
We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for working on all stages of our product cycles, from research & engineering and design to manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.
To be successful as a mechanical engineer at JUCR, you should be a highly creative individual with the ability to develop kick-ass products. We do admire beautiful & elegant engineering and first-principle-thinking. With our holistic product development approach, you will be part of the whole engineering process of the JUCR charging platform.
Responsibilities
Mechanical topology engineering from scratch, 3D-Design, 3D-Prototyping, Strength-analysis, Systems Assembly, defining materials and production techniques.
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
Creating plans and designs using CAD technology (preferred: Autodesk Inventor, optional: Solid Works, Creo, NX, CATIA V5, Fusion 360 or others).
Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
About You
Experience working in the mechanical engineering field. (mechanical degree optional)
Superior experience in CAD.
Ability to run simulations and analyze test data. Injection molding design knowledge (optional).
Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English, German language optional.
