We're open to this role being remote and the successful candidate can be based from Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden or United Kingdom on the basis that you are already eligible to work in that country without needing immigration documentation or relocation support.

• Lead Change: You’ll have the opportunity to proactively analyse and enhance Domino's business processes, making a tangible impact on our ability to sell and support our cutting-edge products. Your insights will help us improve customer service, add value to the business, and create a best-in-class CRM and Aftermarket function.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with management and end-users to understand their needs and translate these into innovative system solutions. Your experience with Salesforce Lightning implementations will be key in optimising our use of Force.com and associated third-party products.
• Empower Our Teams: By identifying and implementing functionalities that empower our Sales and Service teams, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing their ability to support our customers effectively and drive business growth.
• Design & Streamline: You’ll design and develop Lightning pages that not only optimise business processes but also save time and reduce errors, making the everyday work of our users smoother and more efficient.
• Support Excellence: Provide expert support for our Force.com implementation, resolving complex issues and ensuring that all IT-related business process improvement projects are delivered seamlessly. Your clear documentation and training courses will empower Domino staff to make the most of our systems.

About You

• Strategic Thinker: You have a deep understanding of business needs and how to address them through Salesforce Lightning development, call centre integration, and advanced use of Flow.
• Tech-Savvy: With your strong knowledge of Force.com applications, data structures, and processes, you’ll be a key player in driving our technical solutions forward. Familiarity with APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.
• Effective Communicator: You can translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-friendly documentation, making it easy for all stakeholders to understand and engage with.
• Lifelong Learner: You’re always eager to expand your knowledge and stay on top of the latest modules and systems, keeping Domino at the forefront of innovation.
