Why Work With Us?

As Care ADHD continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to become an essential part of our team. You will play a key role in supporting both potential and existing clients as they navigate their ADHD assessment journey. Every interaction matters—whether it’s answering a question from a potential new client or assisting an existing one, your work will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and company growth.

If you're ready to contribute to a mission that transforms ADHD care, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Becoming the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via email and phone.
  • Guiding clients through the ADHD assessment process while managing and resolving any technical challenges they may face whilst navigating our client portal or mobile app.
  • Working closely with our Customer Success, Clinical Care, and Governance teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and empathetic client experiences.
  • Contributing to our internal knowledge base and ensuring our client education materials are always up to date.
  • Using tools like Pabau, EMIS, DrDoctor, Front, Aircall, Trello, Excel, Sharepoint, and MS Teams to efficiently manage client communications and resolve any issues.
  • Supporting the collection and processing of client data in collaboration with our Governance and Performance team.

You’ll start by getting familiar with our systems and learning more about ADHD and how our services work. Your experience in remote customer support will help you quickly adapt to our processes and start making an impact. You’ll be a vital member of our team, advocating for our customers and ensuring their voices are heard and represented within the company.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in remote customer support, with a proven ability to master new software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and work independently.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills, ensuring clients receive patient and understanding support.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate data processing.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Confidence in handling multiple client requests simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of support.
  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • Competitive salary
  • Work remotely from anywhere (within UK office hours)
  • Monthly performance vouchers
  • 22 days personal holiday (plus UK public holidays)
  • A paid day off on your birthday
  • Office equipment contribution when you join
  • Pension contribution
  • Be part of one of the UK’s most ambitious HealthTech start-ups

Our Hiring Process

We aim to make our hiring process as streamlined as possible. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief online assessment, followed by a 45-minute interview with Kat, our Head of Customer Experience, and Maddison, our Customer Success Lead.

Apply with Confidence

Studies show that men apply for roles when they meet around 60% of the qualifications, whereas women and other marginalized groups often apply only if they meet every requirement. If you believe you’re a great fit but don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply!

  • At Care ADHD, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, especially those from historically marginalized communities, as we work together to create a more equitable future.
