Medical Laboratory Technologist in United States

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in Rome, Georgia. This is a permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Performs laboratory analysis on received specimens, providing clinical information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Demonstrates proficiency and follows testing procedures and policies.
• Prepares reagents and maintains an adequate supply of materials for test procedures.
• Exercises clinical judgment in assessing priorities while identifying, problem-solving, and offering solutions to test systems.
• Assists with review and revision of procedures and documentation related to accreditation, adhering to all regulatory requirements for various authorities, including but not limited to CAP, TJC, and OSHA.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor’s degree required, MT, MLS, or equivalent registry eligible.
• MT (ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or equivalent required.

• Location: Rome, Georgia
• Job Type: Permanent position
• Schedule: Variable 7 on 7 off 3rd shift
• Pay Range: $27.00 to 33.00/h.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
