In your role as a Business Analyst at Renderverse Pvt Ltd., you will have a crucial responsibility in comprehending our business requirements, improving procedures, and influencing strategic choices. Main duties:
Work together with teams from different departments to collect and establish business needs.
Evaluate operations, pinpoint deficiencies, and propose viable remedies.
Perform market research and analyze competitors to guide strategic planning.
Generate thorough documentation, which includes process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
Assist in creating and putting new systems and processes into operation.
Lead online meetings and workshops to coordinate stakeholders and collect input.
Monitor the advancement of the project, keep an eye on metrics, and offer insights to the leadership team.
Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies in order to foster innovation.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a similar field of study.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position, with a preference for experience in a startup setting.
Demonstrates strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, capable of turning data into practical insights.
Skills in using business analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and wireframing tools.
Great ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, along with a talent for engaging storytelling.
Having knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is beneficial.
Capability to excel in a work-from-home environment and effectively handle time management.
