Multiplymii is in search of a
Sales Representative who will be working with our client based in the US. In this role, you will engage with customers on Facebook Marketplace, managing sales interactions through multiple Facebook profiles. You will ensure a smooth sales process, maintain confidentiality, and promptly flag any technical or customer-related issues to your supervisor.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in writing, and has a background in a customer-facing role with proficiency in CRM tools.
This role is 100% work from home.
In This Role, You Will
Direct to Consumer Sales:
- Operate multiple Facebook profiles to interact with customers on Facebook Marketplace.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to completing the purchase, ensuring a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
- Be aware of which listing each profile is associated with, including geographical location, pricing, and the profile you are communicating from.
Customer Focus And Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate product information and address any concerns.
- Flag and report any customer or technical issues (e.g., problems with extensions, Multilogin, internet issues, login problems) to your supervisor immediately.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all profiles you work on; this includes not viewing private messages, posting unauthorized content, or using the profile for any activity other than selling on Facebook Marketplace.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, focusing on KPIs such as the number of sales, response time, conversation quality, accuracy of information, and correct tagging of customers in sales tools.
Sales Administration
- Identify and pursue leads to generate customer interest and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate and finalize sales through various communication channels, ensuring accurate follow-up on post-sales processes and maintaining customer satisfaction.
About You
Core qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in similar roles.
- Experience in customer-facing roles via chat. (Experience in calls is an advantage).
- Strong written communication skills for effective customer interactions and internal communications. (Verbal communication skills are an advantage).
- Experience working in the ecommerce industry in the US marketplace.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, PipeDrive, Zoho, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in improvisational communication with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and profiles efficiently, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail, especially in administrative tasks and data input.
- Ability to use ChatGPT for double-checking information and seeking suggestions.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
