As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core functionality of our applications and driving the success of our platform. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our autonomous robot fleets. Working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in robotics.


What you'll do day-to-day

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, development, production, support, commissioning and sales), ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned and delivered efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external partners and clients to ensure project goals align with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team early in the process, providing technical expertise and support during project proposals, customer meetings, and requirement gathering. Ensure that technical solutions meet client needs and project feasibility is well-assessed before finalizing sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the support and commissioning teams during installation and system integration phases. Provide technical guidance and ensure that systems are properly commissioned, tested, and fine-tuned for optimal performance. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the installation and deployment phases. Provide on-site and remote support as required.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Milvus Robotics and clients. Understand customer needs, provide technical guidance, and maintain clear communication throughout the project. Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and system performance.


What you'll bring to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in robotics or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PLC programming, sensors, actuators, and industrial control systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.
  • Experience in simulation using software like Siemens Tecnomatix, Arena, or other 3D simulation tools for modelling and validating processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
