THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Publisher to manage content updates, format and optimize images, and ensure a smooth user experience. You’ll handle site elements like the header, menu, and banners, while optimizing links and content for SEO. Additionally, you'll add custom blocks, tables, and CTAs to boost engagement and maintain a visually appealing, functional site.

#ABOUTTHEJOB:

• Management of WordPress content publishing
• Update of header, menu, footer, and banner
• Use of custom content blocks to upload content in WP
• Formatting content
• Research/Addition of relevant images
• Image optimization, including resizing images to less than 100KB
• SEO optimization of image file names and alt text
• Insertion of custom tables, infographics, listicles, charts, etc. - Content will be provided
• Link optimization ensuring all external links open in new tabs
• Addition of strong tags to the content, if necessary
• Addition of CTAs and Forms to the content according to the sales funnel (information will be provided)
• Ensure accurate header and paragraph structures
• May include other tasks related to ensuring that the content offers a seamless user experience and is free of any visual defects

#ABOUTTHECANDIDATE:

• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese - will be managed by an English speaker
• Knowledge of basic design principles (Formatting, Spacing, Alignment, Balance)
• Knowledge and skills in WordPress Editing and Management - Training will be provided
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS structure (Headers and formatting) - Desirable
• Exhibit clear and detailed communication, be reliable, agile, and punctual
• Highly attentive to detail and organized
• Ability to work quickly, with a set deadline - Our projects are all milestone-based

Knowledge of the logic of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Desirable
