We are now looking for a talented Junior Software Python Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines that automate the ingestion, transformation, and storage of data
- Translate data science prototypes into production-ready code, ensuring reliability and performance
- Develop microservices that expose machine learning or information retrieval algorithms
- Contribute in identifying performance bottlenecks and improving systems scalability
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in both software engineering and data science, and apply them to improve team practices

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Python
- Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience in widely used Python frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in working with relational databases
- Solid understanding of software development principles and architectural best practices
- Proficiency in using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven experience in designing and developing APIs and microservices
Good to have
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch)
- Experience with information retrieval systems like Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies
- Experience with Java and widely-used Java frameworks
