The Role |
They are on a mission to elevate and grow their business – and as such we are seeking a skilled Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager that has an evident love for customer! This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the Founder and will play a key role in the strategic growth of the company.
- Own the organization's organic and paid digital marketing plans
- Innovate strategies that support organizational targets for varying platforms
- Identify and manage brand-aligned collaborations and partnerships
- Support the building of the Founder’s Identity, alongside the creation and management of the brand Marketing Machine
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive sales
- Build in an element of storytelling into our social platforms to support loyal relationships
- Initiate new campaigns that open up a wider target audience, including international opportunities
- Create and manage organic marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and social media to build brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Build process for and manage the implementation and adherence to, consistent and engaging high quality content that performs
- Ensure website content is optimised for organic search rankings and traffic conversion
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to increase overall departmental and sales performance
- Networks with peer to stay abreast of industry and marketing-specific trends
- Brings a level of curiosity to the table that supports a whole-of-business advancement
- Guides market research to understand the latest trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the fashion industry
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success Team to collect and analyse customer feedback that informs marketing strategies and overall customer experience
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and control marketing expenses to stay within budget while achieving marketing goals.
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital and organic marketing campaigns and report to Senior Directors and Advisors.
The Skillset |
You are a skilled marketer – who loves eComm & retail – and is excited about the meaningful mission this brand is on. You have a solid digital background, with exceptional attention to detail, a strategic approach, and your impact on brand experience is legendary. This role will work hand in hand with the Founder and has some serious career progression involved for the right profile.
We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You are a creative innovator and as a marketer, you recognize the importance of language, visuals and storytelling, and care about the detail of every single touchpoint and interaction a customer has with a brand. You’re a well-balanced blend of creativity and storytelling, and data-driven conversion activity.
You will have full autonomy in your role, and manage a team of 4 across marketing and eComm.
- Evident experience in an eCommerce led fashion business as a Senior Marketing professional
- Previous experience in a leadership role, and a style of leadership that brings people along the journey
- Experience using Shopify, Klayvio, and Gorgias ideally
- Developed financial acumen and previous experience managing marketing budgets
