We are looking for an SEO specialist to join our marketing team.
You will be responsible for the SEO growth of our project and directly impacting pipeline generation from organic channels. It’s a challenging but exciting job for a passionate person willing to grow in international SEO. Our primary markets are the USA and the UK so the relevant experience will be a plus.
Requirements
Experience with Western markets (the USA, the UK, Nordics, BeNeLux, etc.)
OnPage and OffPage optimization skills
Understanding of Google search algorithms and the ability to use them for our benefits
Creation of content strategy based on the team goals
Competitors’ analysis and ability to find practical and actionable insights and growing points for the project
Experience with Ahrefs, ScreemingFrog, and other SEO tools
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and GTM (obviously)))
Previous experience in IT outsourcing is preferable.
English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher

Project management and promotion
Development of strategy and determination of growth directions
Collection and clustering of the semantic core
Site structure formation
Technical audit
On-page and Off-page optimization;
Analysis of competitors
Monitoring trends and algorithm updates;
SEO and KPI performance reporting.
Content plan preparation
Work on increasing external links
Formation of meta tags
Formation of technical tasks for a copywriter/programmer/designer
Interview stages
Screening with a recruiter
Test task
Technical interview with Growth marketer
Short talk with Head of Marketing
