We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in customer care and client management, with a passion for fitness, biohacking, and nutrition. You’ll need to be data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable engaging with clients across multiple digital touchpoint


What You’ll Do:

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in client engagement and data-driven health score management, ensuring each client’s experience with PTD Fitness is seamless, personalized, and effective.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Health Monitoring: Manage and update client health scores by regularly checking and reporting on them, ensuring we have a clear understanding of their progress.
  • Multiple Touchpoints for Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and selfie videos to provide consistent, personalized support and motivation throughout their fitness journey.
  • Selfie Video Communication: Send personalized video messages to welcome and engage clients, enhancing the customer experience through a personal touch.
  • Customer Experience Management: Handle all aspects of customer experience, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Data Entry & Health Score Updates: Input and track client health metrics, performance metrics, and progress reports to ensure all data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • CRM Management (Go High Level): Use Go High Level CRM to manage client data, track communications, and automate follow-ups to maintain consistent client engagement.
  • Content Creation & Community Management: Engage clients through creating and editing videos, blogs, and other media to maintain a vibrant online fitness community.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Analyze client data and engagement trends to improve retention strategies and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Task Coordination: Assist team leaders in organizing tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time.
  • Proactive Client Support: Stay ahead of client needs, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication to keep them engaged and satisfied.


About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer care and client management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, video messages, and Zoom.
  • You are passionate about fitness, wellness, biohacking, and nutrition and want to make a real impact by supporting clients on their health journey.
  • You’re data-driven, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on client health metrics, engagement trends, and satisfaction levels.
  • You’re highly organized and proficient in data entry and health score management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in client data.
  • You are familiar with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms, comfortable managing client data and automating communication.
  • You are creative and comfortable with content creation, including videos, blogs, and other media to engage clients.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple tasks and clients while staying organized and proactive
