User Reach Marketing Specialist (Hot Token) (Based in Dubai) in SINGAPORE

Please note that this role is based in Dubai. Relocation assistance will be provided for the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for user growth to engage quality and target users to sign up.
2. Work with the manager to promote collaboration on hot projects and implement specific activities.
3. Collaborate with various departments within the company to develop and implement marketing plans for hot projects, and achieve results
4. Analyze user behavior, develop product solutions to improve user activity and retention, communicate with the product department, and promote product optimization and iteration.
5. Regularly monitor business data, produce analysis reports, identify problems and opportunities, and optimize business processes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, overseas educational or work background is desirable;
2. At least 2 years experience in the crypto industry from top-tier companies, investment banks, consulting firms or valuation agencies;
3. Strong passion in digital asset space is a must with a strong sense of professionalism and striving for excellence;
4. Self-motivated, positive, detail-oriented with strong communication skills, team spirit and entrepreneurship;
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
