We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our Agile development processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Coach development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
Remove impediments to team productivity and efficiency
Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog
Track and report on sprint progress using tools like JIRA
Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
