Graphic & UI/UX Designer in PORTUGAL

Role Overview

As a Graphic & UI/UX Designer at Brand Butter, you will be an integral part of our creative team, working closely with project managers, developers, and marketers to produce visually stunning and user-friendly designs. Your role will involve creating graphics and visual elements that communicate our clients' messages effectively, as well as designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.

‍Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive web and mobile interfaces that enhance user experience and drive user interaction.
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics, logos, and advertisements.
• Work with clients and team members to understand business and user requirements to deliver design solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to develop and improve UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketers to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.
• Revise designs based on user feedback, team input, and client requirements.
• Ensure all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.
• Assist in the creation of a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is used across the company's and clients' brands.

‍What We’re Looking For

• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in graphic design and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Video Editing experience & know-how
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
