My client is at the cutting edge of developing transformative medications and are seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on the launch of groundbreaking medication that has the potential to change the lives of millions of people living with obesity.


You will be responsible for:


  • Shape the global product launch and commercialization strategy, focusing on patient-centric and market-driven approaches
  • Define brand identity and strategy, including brand plans and creative campaigns, ensuring their implementation
  • Lead projects with innovation and disruptive thinking, evolving marketing programs in compliance with policies and global regulations
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness for launch
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, regulatory affairs, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
  • Support country teams in adapting and implementing the global brand strategy into their customer plans
  • Provide strategic guidance on data and operational metrics to optimize marketing processes and planning
  • Gather and champion market, customer, and competitor insights within the cross-functional team and focus markets
  • Develop and execute key global marketing deliverables and commercialization activities based on stakeholder, disease, and brand insights
  • Define and implement an innovative multichannel strategy for customer engagement in collaboration with internal business partners and focus markets
  • Co-design market research with the Analytics, Insights & Excellence team, interpreting and applying insights to develop the brand strategy


What you will need:


  • Advanced degree preferred (PhD, Master of Science, or Master of Business Administration)
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in sales and marketing roles, with regional or global assignments
  • Experience in product launches, particularly on a global scale, is highly desirable.
