Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading our React Native development team and driving the technical direction of our mobile app. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality and user-friendly features to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers
Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
Drive the technical direction of our mobile app
Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Identify and address technical debt and performance issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native development
Continuously improve the development process and tools used by the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development
Strong experience with React Native and JavaScript
Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
