The Role
The role will report to the Director and will be responsible for IT Support for NZ and UK clients, however solely in NZ business hours. You need to be someone who has a passion for providing great customer service, alongside being happy resetting a password to diving into network projects.
Key Requirements
Prior experience on a Service Desk or in a Desktop Support capacity
Experience with Windows, O365, Active Directory, MS Stack
A grounding of networking knowledge, specifically with Fortinet
Excellent communication skills
Suitable home set up for work from home
