About the Role:

As a Senior Front-End Engineer at our client's dynamic startup, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and excellence. We are seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about tackling complex challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences. Leveraging your expertise in TypeScript and Angular, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge features that set new standards in security compliance technology.

• You thrive in a collaborative environment, taking ownership of customer-facing features from conception to deployment while prioritizing usability and aesthetics.
• Effective communication and teamwork are integral to your approach, as you actively engage with team members and customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• With over 7 years of front-end development experience, you possess strong fundamentals in JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript, coupled with a keen ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
• You excel in fast-paced environments, embracing flexibility and hard work as essential qualities for success in a startup setting.
• Your commitment to code quality is unwavering, demonstrated by your proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Previous experience in mentoring junior developers or leading small teams, as well as a track record of fostering remote team culture, will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain innovative user-facing features with scalable UI components using Angular and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape new and existing products, contributing to feature ideation and refinement.
• Implement state management and enhanced authentication mechanisms to optimize platform functionality and security.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering their growth and proficiency in security compliance technology.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance product capabilities and streamline development processes.
• Work closely with founders, tech leads, and team members to ensure timely delivery of features and meet project milestones.

Tech Stack:

• Angular frontend with styled-components & TypeScript
• Ngrx State management
• Java Springboot, Node Nest.js, Postgres, and RDS as backend
• Hosted on AWS with ECS, EKS
• Gitlab, Slack, Notion, Gather.town for communication and documentation
• Clickup for project management
• Design system with Bootstrap Angular component library
