Quality Assurance Automation Engineer in SWITZERLAND

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our QuickTrials team. The ideal candidate will have experience automating tests across web, native Android, and iOS applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality, end-to-end testing coverage, focusing on web-to-app and app-to-web synchronization.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and native Android and iOS applications.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end tests that validate synchronization between web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and ensure quality across platforms.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated test execution and continuous feedback.
• Debug test failures, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Continuously monitor test results and ensure the automated test coverage meets the desired quality metrics.
• Choose and implement the appropriate automation frameworks and tools for the project.

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation, including web, Android, and iOS app testing.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCTest, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions, is a plus.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining automated tests for complex applications.
• Familiarity with testing tools, version control systems (Git), and issue tracking tools (Jira).
• Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and tools for testing (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
