Website Specialist in PHILIPPINES

Position: Website Specialist

Working Hours: Predominantly US business hours (Pacific Time).

Hiring Company: We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents and customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 with a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Managers, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture.

Position Summary:

As a Website Specialist, you will create and own the entire landing page/website experience for visitors based on the Campaign Brief and the guidance of the Director of Marketing. This includes layout planning and setup of landing pages using WordPress Divi theme/page builder, creation of text content and imagery based on Campaign Brief, integration of lead conversion forms, integration of micro-conversion analytics (i.e., view, click, form field, etc. Google Analytics event tracking), and customizations within WordPress to achieved specific visitor experiences (i.e. custom lead form experiences, etc.).

Mission-based: ( * are required):

  • * Advanced experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting WordPress websites, including theme alterations, plugin configuration, and resolving bugs related to themes/plugins / etc.
  • * Advanced experience working with Divi WordPress Theme / Page Builder, including configuring professional page layouts, modern user experiences with content/forms / etc., and integrating other functionality as needed into the Divi Theme / Page Builder (i.e., 3rd party plugins, etc.).
  • * Experience creating professional text and image website content, including professional Western written English, effective use of text layout and design (spacing, lists, etc.), and creating professional website imagery
  • * Experience integrating 3rd party tracking systems, including Google Analytics event tracking via Google Tag Manager, passing utm data about visitors through conversion forms, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with the marketing team to achieve team goals and individual accountabilities. This includes experience with up-front and ongoing collaboration (meetings, etc.), clear and efficient text and verbal communication related to your needs, support of other team members' needs, etc.


Role-based:

  • * Experience working with virtual teams via an online project management system and web conferences
  • * Available to meet briefly daily with the US-based Marketing Director during US PST hours, with schedule TBD
  • Deep attention to detail, with no gaps or holes left for others to find. You own the entire experience of each website visitor regardless of what they attempt to accomplish on landing pages or the whole website
