• 5+ years of experience working as a Ruby engineer.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and experience working in fast-paced development teams.
• A positive attitude that resonates with the rest of the team.
• Bonus: experience with JavaScript frameworks or a history of contributing to coding projects outside of professional work (e.g., hackathons, personal projects).
