Description
We are looking for smart, dynamic, and intuitive people to join our growing team of insurance technology professionals and industry experts – this particular opportunity is for an experienced Senior Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in EIS software development, including development of repeatable processes and methodologies that will be used in client implementations of EIS products, from discovery to post-deployment stages.
Implementation of EIS software features.
Evaluate existing applications in order to conform them with existing client needs and develop recommendations where appropriate.
Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
Conduct code review.
Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications.
Work with EIS's Core Insurance Suite, including PolicyCore, BillingCore, ClaimCore, and CustomerCore.
Various worksites--position may allow for remote work; position may involve travel/relocation to anticipated and unanticipated client worksites throughout the United States.
Skills Knowledge And Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in any field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered, or TWO (2) years of experience with the following:
Java Core
Object-Oriented Programming
Spring Framework
Hibernate (JPA Version)
Relational databases and SQL database
Maven
EIS Core Insurance Suite
