Task range:

• creating modern applications
• work in pull request and code review mode,
• lead the design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications
• provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
• collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• 7 years experience with Ruby on Rails
• strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• familiarity with TDD/BDD, Agile methodologies, and clean architecture
• excellent communication skills and experience in direct client engagement
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• proactivity - we want you to actively participate in the development of the project, this is our key to successful cooperation both inside Flyps as well as with clients
• good general technical background
• knowledge of English - at least a communicative level
• team player
• willingness to work later hours

Nice to have:

• experience with LLMs
• experience in team leadership or technical lead roles
